A great achievement for our Dominè
Dominè is from the origins our wine linked to research and to our curiosity of always wanting to discover something new about this great vine. 2019 comes from a maceration on the skins of 40% of the grapes, a technique that we have developed after several years of experimentation.

And when we experiment and throw our hearts over the obstacle, we hope that the result will be acquired. This 3 glasses therefore has a double value for us and encourages us to continue in this direction.

The Dominè 2019 will have to rest for a few months in the bottle but …. isn’t the expectation of pleasure itself the pleasure?
